it was a rather emotional experience which didnt involve my contribution of tears.
first, i know everybody have to move on in life.
secondly, my cousin going into army, evolving into a man.
no longer are we the little juveniles running about playing catching and disturbing our uncle.
trying to act ah beng / ah lians , exchange latest hp songs via infra-red ,
going to some shopping centres to rot there, its a endless list of the things we do when we were young.
among all my cousins, i guess we are considered quite close with ahboy & yanling.
and strangely, although we get along so well during family gathering,
we hardly meet up when theres no occasions.
lets try to do that more often yah?
one by one, my friends will be going in too.
and soon, things will change.
people drift further and further apart.
from close friends --> acquaintance --> hi-bye friends.
i have a few close friends becoming acquaintances and it very saddening.
perhaps it was my fault for letting things go and not mending anything.
but why whld i do that in the first place?
the answer is obvious to those who know me.
i wont want to drift away from any of my friends unless theres a particular reason.
before i turned this post into some emo sob post..
